Port Glasgow Curling Club returned to the ice at the Waterfront for its opening bonspiel, bringing members together for the start of a special season.

The club will celebrate its 200th anniversary in 2027. Members marked the start of the anniversary season with a group photograph and a banner carrying the dates 1827–2027.

With the first stones of the season played, the club can look forward to a year celebrating both its curling and its long history in Port Glasgow.
